Philosophy

At Living Tree Wellness we embrace an "inside out approach" to health. We believe that our minds & bodies are designed to heal and that it is NEVER TOO LATE to get healthier. Our wellness philosophy is that "healthy roots produce healthy fruit." Therefore, we target the root cause of emotional pain-- including unhealthy behaviors and/or mindsets--not just the symptoms. We also seek to strengthen our system so that we are less vulnerable to dis-ease in the future.
