Yoga can be intimidating. Moving your body in new ways & learning to let go in front of others can feel like too much, especially if you’re just setting out in pursuit of wellness. That fear, while valid, shouldn’t stop you from trying something new. I’d love to invite you into a 1:1 experience where I introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga. A private, personalized session where you can come as you are to learn and relax. I fully believe yoga is for EVERY body, no matter where you’re at, you can do this!
